Seasonal Weekend Hair Stylist — Holiday 2026
Blo Blow Dry Bar | Daly City, CA | Seasonal, Weekends
Make serious extra money this holiday season. Join Blo Daly City's Holiday 2026 team for fully booked weekends, generous tips, and $25–$35/hour total earning potential — no clientele required; we bring the guests. Many seasonal stylists are offered a permanent spot after the holidays.
Compensation: ~$25–$35/hour, including
• $18.50/hour base pay
• Guest tips (typically $11–$14 per blowout)
• 10% retail commission
• $10 commission for every membership sold
• 10% commission on add-on service upgrades
Schedule
Recurring weekly weekend shifts, every scheduled weekend through December 31 (this is a consistent commitment):
• Fri & Sat – Opening: 6:00 AM–1:00 PM (2 openings)
• Fri & Sat – Closing: 2:00 PM–7:30 PM (2 openings)
• Sun: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (2 openings)
You'll also need to be available for at least 1 of the 3 holiday “Eves” — Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve — our highest-earning days of the year. You'd work a 5–7 hour shift within that day's bar hours.
Because this is our busiest stretch, weekend time off is limited. If you have known conflicts, flag them in your interview so we can sort it out before an offer goes out.
Paid Training: Blo University
Blo's signature paid training program, where stylists master Blo's iconic blowouts and styling techniques, learn our brand standards inside and out, and get set up to hit the floor with confidence (and great tips) from day one.

What You'll Do
• Deliver beautiful blowouts, braids, updos, and holiday looks
• Create a great guest experience start to finish
• Recommend retail, memberships, and service upgrades
• Keep your station clean, organized, and professional
What You Need
• Current California Cosmetology License
• Reliable, punctual, team-first attitude
• Able to commit to the full recurring weekend schedule through Dec 31
• Available for at least 2 of the 3 holiday Eves listed above
